Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Project/Implementation Manager to lead mission-critical IT projects for intelligence customers. You will guide cross-functional teams through all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule targets are met while maintaining high technical performance.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and at least five years of government/IT project management experience. Springfield, VA (preferred) or St.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5 years’ project management experience in a government/IT environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle of IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and operational leadership for mission critical IT projects.
• Drive execution across the full project lifecycle, including scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate directly with client stakeholders to ensure mission success and customer satisfaction.
• Direct end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
• Drive technical staff and multi-disciplinary service lanes to meet aggressive mission milestones.
• Mitigate risks, identify bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to avoid downtime.
