Job summary

Leidos seeks a Project and Program Manager to join the Chinook Program, driving scope additions and program execution for an IC application. You will unite people, schedules, and resources to deliver mission outcomes, interfacing with engineering, DevSecOps, security, and customer teams across multiple locations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and coordinate staffing, budgets, and contracts while supporting Agile/SAFe practices and transparent communication with senior

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Experience leading complex technical projects or programs.
• Experience with cost, schedule, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience with government or mission customers.
• Experience with contract execution and SOW/PWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of projects, programs, and related activities from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, test, DevSecOps, security, and operations.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule, scope, quality, and objectives.
• Serve as primary interface to customers and stakeholders with status updates and risks.
• Support Agile/SAFe execution including PI Planning and sprint reviews.
• Establish risk, issue, and dependency management processes and escalation.
• Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, and subcontractor support.
• Support financials, forecasting, and contractual alignment.
