Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or five additional years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Maryland Polygraph required.
• Strong experience in enterprise networking and real-time operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain high-availability network and cloud infrastructure supporting mission systems.
• Analyze network traffic, logs, and telemetry to detect anomalies and mission impact.
• Provide real-time situational awareness and concise operational reporting to stakeholders.
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinated remediation actions.
• Escalate issues with context, impact, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop remediation strategies to restore services and prevent recurrence.
• Support secure data flows and cross-domain solutions in IC environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to improve resiliency.
