Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Ten (10) years of experience in a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, switching).
• Experience with monitoring/analytics platforms (Splunk, Elastic, Prometheus, SolarWinds).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, security groups).
• Experience in classified environments and incident response workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain high-availability network and cloud infrastructure for mission systems.
• Analyze traffic, logs, telemetry, and performance data to identify anomalies and impacts.
• Provide real-time situational awareness and concise operational reporting to stakeholders.
• Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, and coordinated cross-domain responses.
• Develop remediation strategies to restore services and reduce recurrence.
• Support secure data flows and cross-domain capabilities per IC security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to improve resiliency and scalability.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Support automation to improve monitoring, troubleshooting, and response time.
• Analyze packet-level data and system metrics for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Stay aware of evolving architectures, security controls, and threat conditions.
