United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Supervisor, IT Network Infrastructure - 1st Shift to lead and mentor technician teams across critical production, launch, and mission-support networks. The role oversees fiber/copper cabling, video, data, and ground systems supporting Falcon, Dragon, Starship programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading teams or projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• ITAR compliance eligibility.
• Must be able to work 1st shift: 5:30AM-3:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems.
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinate with other contractors and project teams as needed.
• Collaborate with the communication engineers and telecommunication specialists in system designs, selection of materials, and creation of documentation.
• Interface with external carriers at cross-connect facilities, and transition points.
• Provide superior customer service to the company launch customers.
• Provide QA and auditing before and after work.
• Maintain the integrity of the documentation of all installations including assets, locations, connectivity, and the patch record databases.
• Assist with the creation of local and companywide installation and workmanship standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback, periodic review, and corrective action to direct reports.
• Review timesheets, manage overtime and time off requests.
• Verify compliance with OSHA regulations and the company safety requirements.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of candidates for open positions in the team.
