Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in commercial construction and 8+ years of field supervision.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP-related commercial or data center construction preferred.
• Experience managing complex MEP standalone or multiple projects from initial planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple superintendents on project delivery.
• Oversee project success including scheduling and risk management.
• Plan and manage MEP scopes and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, costs, and documentation.
• Coordinate critical systems energization and client handoffs.
• Participate in project pursuits and client meetings.
• Mentor emerging leaders and foster a safety culture.
