Findorff in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center projects. You will direct multiple superintendents, manage schedules, labor, and costs, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
This role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with subcontractors and clients, and fostering a strong safety culture in line with OSHA policies. A degree in construction management and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

As an MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical, you will be responsible for the overall direction of field operations on one or multiple mission‑critical or data center projects. You will coordinate and execute project schedules while managing labor and cost outcomes. You will direct and supervise all Findorff field personnel and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion, and lead by example by fostering positive, effective working relationships across the project team.
