Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems.
• Prepare and oversee MEP subcontracts and payment requests.
• Manage contract terms and risk identification.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and critical path activities.
• Lead the commissioning process and manage closeout activities.
• Drive quality control processes and monitor project financials.
