Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Toledo, OH seeks a Division-level Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent to lead, coordinate and supervise subcontractors on a major MEC project. You will ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work and budget adherence while guiding field teams.

This on-site leadership role requires a bachelor’s degree (or four years of engineering/architecture experience) and six years of MEC construction experience, plus proficiency with BIM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of formal engineering or architectural experience and a minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors on MEC systems to meet safety, schedule, quality and budget goals.
• Coordinate trades to promote a coordinated project operation and resolve field issues.
• Oversee site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and safety codes.
