Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience with estimating, design management and/or field management.
• Experience in Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) and Electrical Preconstruction.
• 3+ years of experience in Mission Critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bid documents, submitting bids and estimates.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for estimates.
• Participate in design meetings and provide input.
