Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager in Mount Pleasant, WI to lead on-site delivery of mission-critical HVAC/MEP systems from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate with field teams, manage schedules and budgets, prepare RFIs and submittals, and drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction on complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC/MEP with large-scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

• Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate daily with field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor and track schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations for best value.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Mount Pleasant, WI
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $150,000

We are working with a national MEP contractor who needs a mechanical project manager in Mount Pleasant. The ideal candidate will have experience with various mission-critical mechanical and MEP systems. If that sounds like you, please apply.

What You'll Own

• Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on mission-critical standards, reliability, and uptime requirements.

• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work.

• Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.

• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP construction, with at least 2 years supporting mission-critical or large-scale commercial projects preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).
