Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional IT support experience in an enterprise setting.
Experience with Microsoft technologies and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st-3rd tier IT support to staff.
Manage on-site IT assets and lifecycle.
Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues in person or remotely.
Configure printers and desktop peripherals; manage network devices.
Assist with network connectivity and VLAN setup.
Develop new workflows with IT engineering teams to resolve issues.
Create documentation and explain complex tech in plain terms.
