EverWatch is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to blend technical expertise with big-picture mission impact at Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on translating customer needs into robust system specifications and delivering end-to-end engineering solutions for national security missions.

You will drive modernization using AI, cloud, and cybersecurity, collaborating across customers and teams to shape the Intelligence Community's capabilities and secure mission success.

Qualifications

14+ year of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator on contracts and programs of similar scope.
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting a wide array of COTS/GOTS software in a Linux environment with some Windows.
Experience maintaining security posture for the SSP, including mitigating IAVAs, managing POAMs, and navigating customer STE/STN compliance tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the advancement of our technological capabilities in the Intelligence Community.
Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and deploy systems with AI, cloud, and cybersecurity enhancements.
