Job summary

Amentum is seeking an IT Integration Manager to support mission-critical initiatives for the Missile Defense Agency under the IRES contract. The Integration Manager serves as a senior interface among Government customers, program leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders.

This role drives cross-functional IT integration, aligning scope, schedule, risks, and technical objectives while communicating status to senior leaders and customers in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 7+ years in IT, systems integration, program management, or defense/government programs.
• 6+ months in a management/leadership role.
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervision.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, risk logs, and executive status reporting.
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and execution of high-priority IT initiatives for MDA.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, program leadership, technical SMEs, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, risk/issue logs, and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure requirements are understood and executed on schedule.
• Identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies while elevating issues as needed.
• Facilitate and document integrated product team meetings, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings and status reports for senior leaders.
• Translate complex IT information into decision-ready materials for technical and executive audiences.
• Monitor performance against scope, milestones, and customer priorities.
• Support resource allocations with Service Delivery Managers.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security policies, and quality standards.
