Job summary

LaunchTech, LLC is seeking an IT Integration Manager at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. The senior role leads IT integration efforts, coordinating government customers, program leadership, and technical teams on high-visibility initiatives under the IRES contract for the Missile Defense Agency.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 or more years of general full-time work experience.
• Must have 7 or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting IT, systems integration, program management, project management, engineering, defense, or federal Government programs.
• Must have 6 or more months in a management or leadership role.
• Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
• Must have experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, risk registers, issue logs, action-item trackers, and executive-level status reporting.
• Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and execution of high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives for MDA customers.
• Serve as primary contractor interface for assigned initiatives, coordinating with Government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical SMEs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, dependency logs, risk registers, and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure requirements are understood, aligned, and executed on schedule.
• Identify integration issues, schedule conflicts, technical risks, and resource constraints; develop mitigation strategies and elevate issues as needed.
• Plan, facilitate, and document integrated product team meetings, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
• Prepare and deliver clear briefings and status reports for senior Government and contractor leaders.
• Translate complex technical information into decision-ready products for technical and executive audiences.
• Monitor initiative performance against scope, milestones, and customer priorities.
• Support development and maintenance of program documentation and contract compliance.
