Job summary

Senneca Holdings is seeking a General Manager, Americas with full P&L responsibility for its Mission Critical Equipment division, including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. You will lead a cross-functional team across sales, operations, services, product integration, design, and finance, with matrix alignment to corporate functions.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience, a proven track record of growing revenue and margins, and a hands-on, customer-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience, including senior cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ownership of a P&L of $50M+ in revenue.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, margins, and market share.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Data center, IT infrastructure, or building products preferred.
• Track record of new product introductions and acquisition-driven growth.
• Leadership attributes: integrity, decisiveness, accountability.
• Hands-on, growth-oriented, and customer-focused leadership style.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations and cost structure.
• Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Strengthen strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships.
• Drive innovation, new product development, and acquisition integration.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Present performance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning.
• Travel: Up to 40%.
