M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled facilities technician/engineer to maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems across mission-critical facilities.

You will be the focal point for facility operations, ensuring uptime above 99.999% and coordinating with vendors for maintenance, emergency responses, and system upgrades. The role requires a high school diploma with 10+ years in the field and eligibility for Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical or mechanical field.
• Eligible for U.S. Citizenship and able to obtain Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proficient reading wiring diagrams, blueprints, and OEM docs.
• Able to analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze system requirements and recommend modifications to existing systems.
• Install new units or parts per specifications and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and electronic units.
• Maintain data center and critical electrical equipment and systems.
• Monitor BAS and site parameters; log activities in CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise contractors on electrical duties.
• Develop MOPs/SOPs and perform quality reviews.
