Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of EMS dispatch experience or equivalent with leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CAD, Microsoft Teams, and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatch operations across all centers.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, field supervisors, and operations personnel.
• Provide real-time guidance and support to dispatch personnel.
• Document incidents, escalate and summarize actions.
• Lead shift and ensure accountability and adherence to policies.
