Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of large projects. You will oversee staff development, client relationships, cost control, scheduling, and QA/QC programs on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of ten years of related experience and a strong grasp of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus ten years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Develop and manage client relationships, aiming for trusted advisor status.
• Administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements.
• Provide leadership to influence change and promote safety.
• Establish, communicate, and monitor the Master Project Schedule.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Oversee QA/QC program and risk evaluation, negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Foster diversity, inclusion, and community involvement on and off site.
