Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical electrical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires leading teams, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will coordinate with owners, GC's, and engineers, ensure profitability, and drive project success from kickoff through closeout. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
