Elite Executive Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead mission-critical electrical construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction to closeout, mentor project teams, and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with owners, GCs, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading mission-critical, data center, or large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven success managing multiple large projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and executive leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts when needed.
