Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer to support missile systems hardware development. You will work with senior engineers to design, test, and integrate electronic hardware across the full lifecycle, including schematic capture, PCB layout, lab bring-up, and HWIL testing.

Responsibilities include bench testing, data logging, and documentation of test results. A U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance is required or highly preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 1+ years of engineering experience in hardware development or defense programs.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout using industry tools.
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing, and data collection with lab equipment.
• Support environmental qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC).
• Document test setups, data, and results for internal reviews.
• Assist in BOM management and part obsolescence checks.
• Help design simple cable harnesses and test adapters.
