Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to support ongoing research and development programs in areas including directed energy, pulsed power, energy storage, and related technologies. This is a full‑time position based at Radiance's headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will independently lead electrical hardware development, manage analog/digital/mixed‑signal PCB design, embedded electronics, and system integration while mentoring junior engineers

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience; a Master’s degree substitutes for 2 years.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design/layout for analog, digital, or mixed‑signal electronics.
Hands‑on hardware bring‑up, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding, and electrical design practices.
Ability to independently solve technical problems within a multidisciplinary R&D team.
Experience with embedded systems and C/C++ development.
