Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant networking or NOC operations experience.
• Experience with routers, switches, crypto devices, LAN/WAN, IP-based transport networks.
• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Create and manage incident tickets, ensuring documentation and resolution.
• Support fault management and performance monitoring in a 24/7 environment.
