Job summary

Allyon seeks a Defensive Cyber Engineer in Aurora, CO to support the Air and Space Force mission systems. You will lead design and deployment of cyber defenses, integrate key defensive technologies, and guide operations in high-responsibility environments.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in a cyber-related discipline, with 5+ years of cyber-defense experience across multiple domains. This is a full-time, on-site position at Buckley Space Force Base.

Qualifications

• 5 years of cyber-defense or related field experience.
• Experience in at least 2 areas from the listed domains (containers, data storage, analytics, agile software, OS, networks).
• Bachelor's degree in a cyber-related discipline and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and coordinate with engineers on complex tasks.
• Develop DCO methodologies and present solutions.
• Consult on IT and cyber defensive architecture.
• Assess cyber terrain to understand mission and threats.
• Document SOPs, guides, diagrams to support DCO.
• Adapt technologies to meet mission and threat.
