Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Program Manager for Defense Systems in Mukilteo, WA. You will lead defense programs from planning through production, coordinating with engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver mission‑critical hardware for air, land, and sea applications.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk, while interfacing with customers and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and programs stay on track in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, program management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing aerospace/defense or similar complex programs.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense programs through planning, development, qualification, production, and delivery.
• Own program performance against cost, schedule, technical, quality, and customer objectives.
• Develop integrated program plans with schedules, budgets, milestones, and metrics.
