Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC in Texas seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead a ground-up data center project in West Texas. You will be the onsite point person responsible for safety, quality, schedule and execution.

You should have 7–10+ years of site management on complex projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore (CMIC is a plus). The role involves coordinating with trade partners and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of site management experience on ground-up commercial and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading complex data-center or high-tech builds is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, schedule and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building of complex, mission-critical projects.
• Lead preconstruction activities, buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Communicate the project plan’s key success factors and execution strategies.
• Manage WIP reconciliation with Trade contractors’ Schedule of Values and payment requisitions.
• Drive Lean and Last Planner System (LPS) activities across the team.
• Establish weekly cadence of LPS, QA/QC, and continuous improvement.
