Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking an experienced Data Center Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical projects across Texas and surrounding markets. This role requires extensive experience with complex MEP systems and fast-paced schedules, in a family-oriented, employee-owned environment.

The ideal candidate will direct field activities from sitework to turnover and manage safety, quality, and schedule performance while collaborating with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all field construction activities from sitework through commissioning and turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed short-term and long-term project schedules in coordination with Project Management.
• Lead daily field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Conduct regular subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning sessions.
• Review construction documents and proactively identify conflicts or constructability concerns.
