Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a Data Center Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and project team on mission-critical builds.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, maintain schedules, and ensure work meets contract documents and owner expectations while growing toward a Superintendent role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as project assignments require.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in daily field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to meet schedules and specifications.
• Conduct routine jobsite walks to verify progress and identify issues.
• Support safety programs with daily pre-task planning and toolbox talks.
• Assist with project logistics planning, site access control, material deliveries, and laydown areas.
