Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Milwaukee.

The role oversees project administration, budgets, schedules, contracts, and status reports, working with schedules and procurement teams to deliver complex data center projects. You will lead project teams and subcontractors, cultivate owner relationships, manage preconstruction activities, and drive QA/QC and commissioning processes to meet owner expectations and critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Develop budgets and schedules and manage procurement.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including estimating and scheduling.
• Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control and commissioning processes.
• Lead progress meetings and report project status.
• Ensure design development aligns with project goals.
