Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Experience with Mission Critical Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Procore, P6 and related management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships with all professional groups.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including bid procedures, reviews, estimating and scheduling.
• Oversee QA/QC and commissioning processes.
• Demonstrate leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budgeting decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development.
