Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Mission Critical Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center projects. You will be the on-site senior representative, oversee contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience with GMP, budgeting, and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages project budgets and GMP development.
• Reviews owner contracts, bonds, fees, schedules and costs.
• Prepares monthly cost projections and reports.
• Manages subcontracting processes and scope reviews.
• Promotes safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
