Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction seeks a Project Manager with Mission Critical experience to join our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. The PM oversees overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes, directing contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule adherence to deliver high-quality, profitable projects.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and safety stewardship in a data center environment, with emphasis on GMP development, budget

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing mission critical or data center projects.
Knowledge of GMP, budgeting, cost projection, and schedule control.

Responsibilities

Oversee project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
Direct contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
Develop and manage monthly cost reports and project budgets.
Coordinate with preconstruction, field teams, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
Uphold safety, quality, and zero-harm culture on site.
Build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
