Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Manager to join the team responsible for developing data center projects in Wisconsin. The PM will manage overall project objectives, including design and construction, within approved budgets, and act as the primary liaison with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, project leadership, meetings with OAC and other groups, and QA/QC oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to Safety and mentor others.
• Provide construction and design management and project leadership.
• Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules and manage change.
• Attend project meetings for design and construction (OAC, discipline groups, progress).
• Review contracts, bid packages, and coordinate the receiving process.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants and GC team.
• Set up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections.
