The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of construction management experience and a strong background in mission-critical data centers. The Boston-based salary range is between $200,000 and $300,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience with leadership on large, complex projects.
• 5+ years of mission-critical/data center experience, including hyperscale or colocation programs.
• Proven track record leading projects valued at $100M–$500M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project strategy, execution, and performance from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, financial controls, scheduling, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Build and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat work.
