Job summary

GBA Team seeks a Data Center Owner’s Representative with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, specifically in mission-critical environments. The role involves leading project execution, ensuring standards alignment, and advocating for the Owner’s interests throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate between diverse stakeholders, provide oversight on schedules and budgets, and ensure all facilities are compliant with long-term performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, significant experience in the field, and a proven ability to manage high-value projects effectively. A commitment to safety, quality, and operational readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, certifications like PE, PMP preferred.
• 7-10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, especially in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and civil/structural systems is vital.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for the Owner throughout project phases.
• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor contractor's adherence to safety and QAQC requirements.
