Essel is seeking motivated mission critical installers to support installation of interior infrastructure in data centers and other critical facilities. The role suits those with construction, mechanical installation, carpentry, or related trades and a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality.

Responsibilities include assembling and aligning systems per drawings, reading blueprints, coordinating with trades, and maintaining safe, organized sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and installation specs.
• Strong measuring, leveling, and alignment skills.
• Hands-on ability with common tools and equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and support interior infrastructure systems per drawings and specs.
• Read blueprints, determine layouts, and ensure proper alignment.
• Cut, fit, modify, and secure materials to project needs.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and controls trades.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and assist moves.
