Job summary

Essel is seeking a Traveling Skilled Laborer / Booth Installer to join our installation team. You will travel to job sites nationwide to assemble, install, and dismantle booths, modular structures and displays. Ideal candidates have construction or carpentry experience and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, using common hand and power tools, and maintaining safety throughout installations and teardown at client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in carpentry, construction, installation, or skilled labor.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read tape measures and take basic measurements.
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds+ repeatedly.
• Willingness to travel extensively including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install prefabricated booths, modular structures, displays, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret installation drawings, layouts, and basic assembly instructions.
• Use hand and power tools including drills, impact drivers, saws, levels, and measuring tools.
• Measure, level, align, and secure components for accurate installation.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and tools.
• Assist with tear-down and relocation of booth systems as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures.
