Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Controls – Mission Critical Services Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and validate data center control systems. You will work across BAS/BMS platforms, EPMS interfaces, and field panels to ensure uptime, safety, and reliability.

This on-site role requires adherence to MOPs/SOPs/EOPs, strong documentation, and the ability to handle on-call rotations as needed. Levels I–IV reflect growth toward senior technical ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; controls/automation training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret controls drawings, sequences, and OEM docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on data center controls and automation systems.
• Work with BAS/BMS controllers, EPMS interfaces, and electrical monitoring points.
• Document work, alarms, trends, and setpoints following SOPs and EOPs.
