Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site builds of AI data centers, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will manage GCs, MEP trades, and equipment vendors to ensure data halls are ready for GPU installations, with travel between TX sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in mission-critical construction, proficiency in CPM scheduling, and OSHA 30. The role offers a competitive salary, equity, medical and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, with data center or mission-critical build experience.
• Experience managing general construction managers, program controls, EHS leadership, and multi-site subcontractor teams.
• Strong CPM scheduling, budget and cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret full construction documents across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day construction across civils, structure, envelope and MEP packages through to practical completion.
• Coordinate with GCs and trade partners to meet program, scope and specs.
• Oversee installation of power and cooling infra; manage site logistics and interface with data center ops.
• Lead safety, quality audits, inspections, and snagging; ensure code compliance.
