Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with Mission Critical experience for our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. The role supports the Project Manager on all administrative and technical project needs to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include preconstruction coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration, with emphasis on safety and Lean practices within the Zero Harm culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience on data center projects.
• Experience with project management software including Procore and P6.
• Experience with cost projection and budget reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with resource planning and scheduling.
• Support budget tracking, change orders, and subcontract management.
• Ensure safety and Zero Harm culture on site.
• Prepare and manage project closeout and documentation.
