Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Project Manager with Mission Critical experience to join our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. You will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of complex data center projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating contract administration, change orders, procurement, cost projections, and schedule requirements while upholding our Zero Harm safety culture and commitments to quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience working on Mission Critical projects.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, P6, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget with Zero Harm safety culture.
• Develop monthly financial projections (PFR, LCR) and manage project costs.
• Lead preconstruction budgeting, subcontracting, and MBEs compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain proactive customer/community relations.
• Foster team leadership and development across project staff.
