Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Administration Team Lead to guide multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle, from development to close-out. You will oversee large CA projects, maintain client relationships, and coordinate staffing and schedules.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years in construction planning/management, strong MS Office and proven stakeholder communication. PMP and LEED interest are a plus; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction planning/management experience (contracts, time, cost, quality).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.
• Strong people skills and stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through construction phase.
• Oversee complex small to medium projects or large routine projects.
• Manage multiple large CA projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations and involvement with marketing, contracts and site visits.
• Lead sessions for construction admin projects (RFIs, submittals) and coach PM staff.
