Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large multi-discipline projects, coordinating staff and delivering on schedule and budget. You will maintain client relations, participate in marketing and design meetings, and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
• Ability to interact with various design teams; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams across project lifecycle.
• Manage large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across project lifecycle to meet budgets and schedules.
• Track financial aspects and adjust efforts to stay within budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor less-experienced PMs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
