Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a COMSEC Tier 2 Technical Support Desk Technician at Fort Huachuca. You will troubleshoot cryptographic equipment, software, keys, and operational issues to ensure secure COMSEC operations within the Army CSOC.

The role requires SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and experience in telecom/electronic environments. You will document resolutions, support account management, and participate in COMSEC testing and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of related experience preferred; vocational training or certs considered.
Knowledge of ACES/SKL equipment and Tactical Networking Environment beneficial.
Security+ or Network+ certifications desirable.
US citizenship and SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 COMSEC technical support for systems (MGC/CHO, ACES, SKL, TKL, iApp and related hardware/software).
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve COMSEC issues with timely customer guidance.
Analyze trouble tickets and perform diagnostics to determine corrective actions.
Communicate solutions via phone, MS Teams, or email; escalate as needed.
Maintain records, assist with key processing and COMSEC tasks; participate in testing events.
