Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Cloud Platform Administrator to join a team responsible for managing and maintaining multiple network enclaves to support the DoD community. The candidate will aid in developing, maintaining, creating, documenting, and installing network and enclave infrastructure for a broad range of programming requirements, datasets, applications, and research objectives.

This is a demanding, high-energy position requiring innovative solutions to network, hardware, and software

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM; 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent, per job posting.
U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance.
Ability to obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ within 60 days of hire.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Linux, security, back-up and recovery specifications.

Responsibilities

Manage server access for multiple external vendors (government, academia, industry).
Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages; maintain per IT policies.
Monitor and tune the system for optimum performance.
Perform additional program-related duties as assigned.
