Job summary

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) seeks a Transportation Scheduler to oversee timely movement of personnel and goods at Fort Sill, supporting an EAGLE contract. You will coordinate schedules and dispatch of buses and drivers, ensuring operations meet contract metrics and budget.

Your duties include planning TMP operations, maintaining bus schedules, managing logs, and tracking on-time performance. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in fleet coordination or transportation operations.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, fuel handling, safety regulations.
• Ability to pass Pre‑Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• CAC and REAL ID driver’s license required.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier-1 investigation.
