Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Business Analyst to support the GSM-O II contract at DISA. You will work with customers to capture requirements, create detailed stories and epics with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with SMEs and development teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes data governance, analytics, and agile practices, with hybrid onsite/offsite requirements across Fort Meade, Scott AFB, SATX DISA, or Hill AFB. A Secret clearance is required at start.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to commute to Fort Meade, Scott AFB, SATX DISA facility, or Hill AFB for hybrid onsite/offsite support.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience or master's with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional/technical requirements.
• Design data sets and visualizations to enhance reporting and analytics quality.
• Perform data extraction, scrubbing, transformation, and maintain metadata & data dictionaries.
• Track and update user stories in Jira; facilitate stakeholder meetings with product owners/SMEs.
• Develop governance and lifecycle management processes for data domains.
• Collaborate with developers on integrations that link Master Data with other systems.
