Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Business Analyst to support the GSM-O II contract with DISA, focusing on capturing and translating business requirements into functional and technical specs. The role involves data visualization, governance, and collaboration with SMEs, product owners, and development teams in an agile environment.

The candidate will work hybrid onsite/offsite at designated DISA facilities and must hold a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

US citizenship is required.
Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Hybrid onsite/offsite support at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, SATX DISA facility, or Ogden UT.
Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience or master's with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

Elicit and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
Craft data sets and visualizations to enhance reporting and analytics quality.
Perform data extraction, scrubbing, transformation; maintain metadata and data dictionaries.
Track and update user stories directly in Jira.
Identify current processes and collaborate to design future processes (As-Is/To-Be).
Establish data governance and lifecycle management for relevant data domains.
Conduct stakeholder training and participate in data governance forums.
