Job summary

Hourigan is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Mission Critical and Data Center team. You will assist the Project Superintendent, oversee on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and help maintain schedule adherence while prioritizing safety and quality.

The role requires a Construction Management or related degree and 2–5 years of experience. Procore and Bluebeam experience is preferred; travel may be required, and work hours can vary to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction management/general contracting experience.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam software.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist superintendents in managing field activities for projects of various sizes.
• Monitor subcontractors for quality and timely performance.
• Review weekly schedule changes with the Project Superintendent.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent and field team on site activities.
• Enforce Hourigan safety and quality control procedures.
• Supervise on-site Hourigan staff and subcontractors as directed.
• Assist in site logistics, material coordination, and field documentation.
